Unfortunately, the Elgin SSKR group is no longer running weekly and will now meet on a fortnightly basis. The group continues to provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space for anyone affected by ketamine use who is looking for support, understanding, and connection with others who have shared experiences.

SSKR (Safe Space Ketamine Recovery) is a peer-to-peer recovery support group where people can talk openly about their struggles, recovery journey, mental health, and personal goals in a confidential and supportive environment. The group is focused on encouragement, harm reduction, recovery, and helping people feel less isolated.

Meetings take place every second Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm at Quarriers Arrows Service, The Square, 61–63 High Street, Elgin, IV30 1EE.

Peer-to-peer recovery groups are powerful because they are built on shared experience, not judgment. When people hear from others who have faced the same struggles and still found a way forward, it creates real hope. Shared experience breaks isolation, builds accountability, and reminds people they are not alone in their fight.

After such a positive and powerful first session last week, we’re really pleased to share that our Ketamine Recovery Peer Support Group is now running every week 💙

🗓 Wednesdays
⏰ 7pm – 9pm
📍 The Bow, Elgin

This is a safe, non-judgemental space to connect with others who understand 🤗 whether you’re just starting to think about change or already on your recovery journey.

We know walking into something new can feel daunting, but here’s what some people said after their first time:
