💫Reiki as a stand alone treatment, really is a beautiful thing to receive. It's so relaxing that many fall asleep on the couch.

I know many of you have experienced it whilst having a massage with me. You do need to be open and willing to receive as intention is everything with this form of energy healing.

That might sound a bit too woo for many, myself included but after living with reiki for 15 years or more, we learn to trust the process regardless of how it sounds.
