Autumn Exploring the Dynamics of Attachment workshops - Free online introductory sessions in September and October, ongoing online monthly group starting November, three day experiential November 13-15, and new this Autumn couples packages exploring attachment patterns. An Introduction to Attachment Groupwork

These shorter sessions provide a chance to dip your toe into exploring your careseeking attachment system, or to deepen your understanding if you’ve already experienced this work. Each session takes place in a supportive group setting.

My next ‘Exploring the Dynamics of Attachment in Adult Life’ three day workshop is nearly here : March 6-8, at the beautiful Black Mountains Barn venue, £300, lunch and snacks by multi award chef Emily, plenty of accommodation nearby.
