Hi everyone,
I never thought I’d have to make a post like this, but unfortunately the screenshot below is just one example of many inappropriate messages I’ve received.
I wanted to take the opportunity to clarify that Serenity by Ffion is a professional massage therapy business. I provide therapeutic massage treatments only, and I do not offer intimate services of any kind.
The vast majority of my clients are wonderful and respectful, including my male clients, and I truly appreciate every single one of you. Sadly, it’s the actions of a small minority that have led me to make this post.
As a self-employed therapist working alone, my personal safety has to come first. For that reason, all new male clients will now be offered daytime appointments only, and any inappropriate messages or enquiries will be blocked without response.
Massage therapy is a skilled profession that involves training in anatomy, physiology and therapeutic techniques to help with issues such as muscle tension, pain, mobility and recovery. I simply ask that massage therapists are treated with the same respect as any other professional.
