Due to an issue with our phone lines at Cae Glas all calls are currently being diverted to Gwrych Medical Centre. Cae Glas is open as normal. At this time for prescription enquiries for Cae Glas (our llanfair th branch surgery) if possible please go directly Cae Glas so the team can deal with your enquiry directly. We will update as soon as this technical issue is resolved.

Managed repeats and changes at Gwrych over the next 6 months. Please watch the video for further information.

Repeat prescription can still also be ordered by ticking your selection on the repeat list and dropping this off at the surgery. Please do allow 1 week prior for this to be processed to give both the surgery and your designated pharmacy time to process this request.

Just an update on our new telephone system.

It does have a callback option if you press for this it will then read out the number you have called from. You need to press 1 to confirm the number is correct if you just put the phone down it will not put you for a callback.

Today our senior admin Jan retires. Jan has worked for the surgery for 47 years. She has always been an integral part of the team and has supported staff both clinical and non clinical in their roles throughout her career. Jan will be greatly missed by all and the whole team would like to wish her good luck in the next chapter of life. Thank you Jan for your hard work and dedication.
