Yes its gas and nothing more!!!!

That satisfying pop is gas cavitating in the joint, not a bone sliding home. Nothing was out of place, and nothing got realigned. What you feel is a brief drop in muscle tone and a nervous system that likes the novelty. Feels great, does nothing structural. Sell you a package of thirty for that though? Absolutely.
