Longer days and lighter evenings are here, and our May sauna sessions are now available to book. Find us on The Warren Beach / Traeth Castellmarch, opposite The Sandbar on the following weekends, 9am–2.30pm.

When we’re not open on a weekend, it just means the tides are too high for us to operate safely.
Communal and private sessions available (50/80 mins – £15/£20 per person).
Just a reminder, communal sessions are limited to a maximum of 5 people. Alternatively, they can be made private by booking out all the spaces, and you can bring up to 6 people to any private session.
