A sports injury clinic assessing, treating and rehabilitating both sports and non sports injuries. Aberystwyth every Thursday. Prices start from £35 for 45 minutes and £45 for an hour. Treatments include Sports massage, electrotherapy, exercise prescription, biomechanical and gait analysis, sports nutrition, injury prevention advice. Helen graduated from Chichester University with a BSc (Hons) in

Sports Therapy in 2005 and is a member of The Society of Sports Therapists. More recently Helen completed her Equipilates and Rider Biomechanics Trainer qualification, where she hopes she can combine her passion for riding with her Sports Therapy.
