HEART TRANSPLANT SUPPORT
30 years!!!
Today, I’m celebrating a milestone that I never take for granted—30 years since my heart transplant. ❤️

Whether you just found out… your journey is just starting or you’re in the middle of everything… I hope my years of being a survivor inspires you!

Thirty years ago, I was given the gift of more time, more life, and more memories. I’m deeply grateful and humbled by all that these years have brought—the challenges, the joys, the lessons, and the countless moments that have made this life so meaningful.
Most of all, I am thankful to my donor, Michael, and to his family. Their incredible generosity gave me the opportunity to live a life that otherwise would not have been possible. I carry that gratitude with me every day and will always remember the profound gift they gave me.
I’m also incredibly thankful for the many people who have been part of this journey and for the love, encouragement, and support I’ve received along the way. Especially my parents, my husband Rob and my extended family and friends near and far…

Thirty years is a blessing I could never have imagined. Today, I celebrate life, give thanks for every day, and look forward to whatever the years ahead may bring.
Forever grateful. Forever thankful. ❤️

Had a lovely couple of hours on donor garden with a freind this afternoon titivating the pots
And putting new ornaments on courtesy of 50s forum and mary evans and her commitee it was lovely that the garden was totally w**d free ❤ thanks to the mind group and nicky carton and fiona bostock there doing an immaculate job fairplay to them so clean and tidy thats much appreciated its so nice not to.have to worry about it .and just enjoy it thank you barcud to for arranging it
Its a real weight off our minds not a w**d in sight ❤we have to have artificial plants on garden as theres no water source only rain and it gets really hot up there so.plants dont last sadly 😢
