The Autumn/Winter season for 25/26 at the Northcourt Centre has now closed 🪷

Cold mornings and cosy practice, wooden floors and strong flows now give way to 20 weeks of FREE outdoor yoga where we connect to nature, and ourselves, in the sunshine ☀️

Thank you to everyone that’s shared their Sunday mornings with me at the Northcourt Centre over this season. It’s been both a blessing and a privilege and I am truly grateful to you all for trusting me with your practice 🙏

Classes on Sunday mornings at the Northcourt Centre will resume the 3rd Sunday in September for the 26/27 Autumn/Winter season. If you have any class pass credits left from this season, they’ll still be there when we get back 😊

PARK YOGA 2026 IS BACK NEXT WEEK! 👏

Clearly the picture is not from this morning… I don’t think headstand is an option for me in the near future. Well done to the rest of you who explored spending time upside down! Big thank you, as always, to for both the block serpent and for the headstand demo and help 🙏

This morning was our penultimate session in the hall before moving our practice back to Marina Park for the 2026 Park Yoga season 🌳

Wonderful to see so many of you on the mat again 💕 Unfortunately no block art from though 🎨

We only have TWO more sessions of the Autumn/Winter season left, and next week is our headstand practice 🙃

How amazing to share Easter Sunday morning with such a wonderful group of people 🙏

Today we thought about rebirth and transformation, how nature - Spring - demonstrates this for us every year. We brought life to our intentions by writing them on Intention Butterfly’s - seeded paper to be planted so we can watch our intentions grow over the Spring season 🦋

Warm up, I have to say, was hilarious 😂 Party blowers brought attention to our breath. Moving back into Down Dog sounded quite the celebration 🥳 We followed with Pick-a-Pose and the first out of the basket was Crow 🐦‍⬛

A summer soundtrack and a fun session as we head into Spring. Thank you for the wonderful block art and demonstrating the poses 🙏
