Learning more techniques won't necessarily make you a better therapist.
One of the biggest challenges I see with Level 3 therapists isn't a lack of techniques—it's a lack of confidence in choosing the right technique for the right client.
That's exactly what we'll be focusing on in the upcoming Advanced Soft Tissue Therapy workshop in Oxford.
Using STR, MET and Trigger Point Therapy, you'll learn how to build treatments with purpose, improve your clinical reasoning, and feel more confident in your decision-making.
Whether you're looking to bridge the gap before Level 4/5 study or simply want to sharpen your existing skills, this workshop is designed to help.

Thanks to everyone who’s already messaged about the Advanced Soft Tissue Therapy workshop coming to Oxford 🙌

It’s clear there are a lot of therapists looking to move beyond routine treatments and develop more confidence in assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning.

One thing I hear regularly is:

“I know lots of techniques… but I’m not always sure which technique is the right one to use.”

That’s exactly what this workshop is designed to address.

We’ll cover STR, MET, and Trigger Point Therapy, but more importantly you’ll learn:

✔ How to choose the right approach
✔ How to build treatments with purpose
✔ How to think more clinically and confidently
✔ How to get more consistent outcomes

Dates will be announced shortly and places will be limited to keep the learning hands-on and interactive.

If you’d like first access when booking opens, send me a message with “Oxford” and I’ll add you to the priority list 📩

A sports massage can be considered a deep tissue massage, which is suitable for anyone regardless if they take part in sport or not.

'Deep tissue' means the therapist can reach the deeper layers of muscle effectively and safely, through the use of specific techniques.

Techniques aim to break down adhered muscle fibres and connective tissue (or fascia), improve blood flow, help to remove toxins and aid in the healing process.
