โข ยฃ40 per month for staff able to drive all company vehicles (pro rata for part-time staff)

You will work across two services:
โข Oswaldtwistle โ a respite centre for children and young adults
โข Knuzden โ an adult care home supporting young people
Youโll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive.

Requirements
โข Must be 21+ (Ofsted regulations)
โข Previous care/support experience (desirable, not essential)
โข Experience with disabilities/challenging behaviours (advantageous)
โข Level 3 qualification (desirable)
โข Willingness to work towards Level 3 within 3 months
โข Full UK driving licence (desirable)
โข Willingness to drive company vehicles
โข Enhanced DBS check required
