This is a very random, last-minute idea... at 4pm today I’m going to be sending distant healing out to anyone who would like to receive it.
I’ve literally just realised that today is 04.04, my life path number is 40/4, and 444 is my favourite angel number, so I’d like to do something special at 4pm... spreading love and sharing light feels most appropriate 😊
So here's your invite: if you'd like to be on my distant healing list, please send me your name so I can include you (see instructions below)...
You don't need to do anything special. Just carry on with your day, or if you'd like to, you can take a quiet moment around 4pm to breathe, rest, reflect or sit/lie down to receive.
This is open to anyone who feels called to it, and you are very welcome to share it with friends or family who may need a little support too 🤍
