Strength today, confidence tomorrow 💪
Every rehabilitation programme is different, and with children it’s important to make it engaging as well as effective.
Today we focused on improving upper back and postural strength with these two young lads. Building strength around the spine helps improve control, endurance and movement quality, which can be an important part of managing scoliosis alongside advice from the appropriate healthcare team.
Rehabilitation doesn’t have to be boring. By turning exercises into fun challenges, children are much more likely to stay motivated and keep progressing.
It’s not about “fixing” scoliosis with a few exercises - it’s about helping them become stronger, move better and stay active with confidence.
Strong bodies build confident kids. 👏
