Yesterday I asked what would help people most right now. All three people who answered chose accountability.

Here is what accountability actually means when you work with me.

Your check in is due on a set day each week. If it does not arrive, I contact you and ask what happened.

It is not a telling off. We look at what got in the way, what the week actually looked like and what needs to happen next.

People often go quiet when a week has gone badly. That is when support matters most, because one difficult week does not need to become a month of doing nothing.

You still have to complete the training, follow the nutrition and be honest about how the week went. My job is to provide the structure, assess your progress and make sure you are not left trying to work everything out alone.

Applications for my 12 Week Transformation close Friday.

ONLINE COACHING

£169 upfront or two payments of £99, £198 in total.

IN-PERSON ONE-TO-ONE

£300 in total, paid as two payments of £150.

Message TRANSFORM and tell me which option you are interested in.

Happy birthday to my better half ❤️

We’ve already made so many amazing memories together, and I can’t wait to make many more with you.

I hope your day is every bit as special as you are.

If you keep starting again, knowing what to do might not be the part you are missing.

Most people already understand the basics. Train consistently, eat in a way that supports the goal and give it enough time.

The difficult part is making it fit around your real life, knowing whether it is working and knowing what to do when progress stalls or the week does not go perfectly.

That is what the GM Physique 12 Week Transformation provides.

Your training is built around your experience, available days, equipment and limitations.

Your nutrition is built around your circumstances, food preferences and goal.

Every week, you submit a check in and receive a full review within 24 hours. Your progress is assessed and decisions are made using your actual results rather than guesswork. You also have support between check-ins when you need it.

The aim is to help you lose body fat, improve your shape and build a routine you can consistently follow.

The training phase starts Monday 14 September and finishes Sunday 6 December, with your final review on Monday 7 December.

£169 upfront or two payments of £99

Applications close Friday because your questionnaire needs to be completed and your plan built before Monday.

Message TRANSFORM and we will discuss whether it is right for you.

A brilliant weekend away in the Lake District with Kirsty

Great food, a trip out on Coniston Water with a cruise round lake Windermere and some much needed quality time together.

Exactly what we needed. Back home with some great memories , can’t wait to the next one 👌

People ask what online coaching actually involves, so here is the order I read a check in in.

Trend first. The seven day average and which way it has gone, never the single number.

Photos second, before I read anything else, so I am not talking myself into seeing whatever the weight suggested.

Training log third. Is anything moving. Load, reps, ex*****on.

Then adherence and what the week was actually like, because a difficult week with a reason is a completely different problem from a difficult week without one.

Then a reply that says what stays the same, what changes, and why it changes.

That last part is the bit that is usually missing. People follow the same thing for months, get nowhere, and conclude they are the problem. Often nobody was adjusting anything.

If you’re feeling stuck at the moment , give me a message and we can have a conversation about putting a plan in place.

£18 for a three day gym pass sounds expensive until you compare it with what people spend without thinking twice.

A couple of drinks could cost the same, be gone within an hour and leave you feeling worse the next day.

Three gym sessions help me maintain my routine, train properly and feel better while I am away.

We rarely question money spent on habits that move us backwards, but we often question money spent on habits that move us forward.

For me, that £18 was money well spent.

What would you rather spend it on?

The scale has not moved but you look different. That is not in your head.

Bodyweight is everything you are carrying added into one number. Muscle, fat, water, what you ate yesterday, all of it. So if you have lost a bit of fat and held or added a bit of muscle, that number can sit still for weeks while you genuinely change underneath it.

Which is why I ask for photographs. Not because anybody enjoys taking them. Because they catch the thing the scale cannot see, and without them you will talk yourself out of a block that was working.

Same light, same spot, same time of day, every four weeks. That is it.

Twelve weeks is not a finish line, and expecting it to be is why people quit at week nine.

It is long enough for your training numbers to be worth reading back. Long enough to build a routine that fits the week you actually have rather than the one you imagined. Long enough to find out what you will genuinely keep doing and what you will not.

It does not guarantee a result. Nobody can guarantee that and I am not going to. Finishing a block does not guarantee that everything stays where you left it either.

Twelve weeks is where the thing gets built. What comes after is its own decision, and it is better made in advance than in week eleven.
