Cancellation and Non-attendance Policy

I have set time aside for your treatment and a fee will therefore be charged upon non-attendance or cancellations with less than the required notice given. Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will mean that I am unable to re-allocate the time to other patients. Running an efficient appointment system whereby patients give us the correct notice if they are unable to attend an appointment means I minimise wasted treatment time and am able to keep waiting lists down. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the following cancellation policy:

1- In the first instance of a late cancellation or non-attendance a charge of 50% of the appointment fee will be added (or refunded). Whilst this charge will not fully cover the cost of the lost treatment time it will enable me to partly cover our overheads, which helps to prevent raising my prices.

2- In the second instance of a late cancellation or non-attendance I reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment fee.

Performance isn’t just built in the gym or on a Matchday, it starts with understanding how your body moves.

Earlier in pre-season, I took midfielder through a comprehensive movement and performance assessment and he filmed plenty for you all to see.

The aim wasn’t just to find injuries, it was to identify the small deficits that can hold players back, reduce performance, or increase injury risk over the course of a season.

At Step 4, 5 and beyond, these kinds of assessments are still massively underused, yet they can make a real difference.

Elite habits aren’t reserved for elite footballers.

My journey with Fleet Town FC has come to an end, and I’ve loved every minute of it.

I’ll always be grateful to the club for everything it has done to help me grow, both professionally and personally, and for the platform it gave Helping People Move Well With Less Pain.

A special mention has to go to , who somehow, in his own unique way, convinced me to leave the comfort of my sofa on weekends and embrace the wonderful chaos of non-league football.

To the committee, past and present, thank you. Your dedication to moving this club forward has always been clear, and it’s been a privilege to be part of that journey.

The volunteers are the heartbeat of Fleet Town FC. Over the last two and a half seasons I’ve witnessed incredible selflessness, built on friendship, passion and a genuine love of the game. Everyone gives their time for one common purpose: to see this special club thrive.

I’ve also been fortunate to work alongside some outstanding players and staff. Every week brought hard work, plenty of laughs and memories I’ll never forget. The proof is probably in my laughter lines.

The club has entered an exciting new era, and with the vision that’s been set, I genuinely believe it won’t be long before it’s back where it belongs.

Thank you, Fleet Town FC. I’ll always be grateful for the memories, the friendships and the opportunity.

It’s never goodbye… just see you around, Allez les Bleus šŸ”µāšŖļø

Low back pain is complicated.

You cannot completely prevent it. We are all complex machines living stressful, busy lives.

But there are risk factors we CAN improve - keep reading.

1ļøāƒ£ Stop avoiding movement
Your spine is designed to move. Bending, lifting, rotating and being active are normal human movements. Avoiding movement completely often makes you weaker, stiffer and more sensitive in certain positions.

2ļøāƒ£ Exercise regularly
Movement is medicine. Walking, running, swimming, cycling, Pilates, strength training, it all helps. Your body responds well to variation and consistency. Aim for 45–60 minutes of movement most days.

3ļøāƒ£ Improve your sleep
Scrolling on your phone until midnight is not helping your recovery. Poor sleep affects pain, recovery, stress levels and energy. Build a better evening routine and give your body time to recover.

4ļøāƒ£ Manage stress and anxiety
Your nervous system is running 24/7. High stress levels can increase muscle tension, pain sensitivity and fatigue. Diaphragmatic Breathing exercises, exercise, time outdoors and slowing down can genuinely help calm the system.

5ļøāƒ£ Stop smoking and clean up your nutrition
Processed foods
Smoking and poor nutrition negatively impact recovery, inflammation, energy levels and overall health. Your body works better when you fuel it properly.

Low back pain is rarely caused by one single thing. Usually it is a combination of lifestyle, stress, recovery, movement habits and overall health.

If you are struggling with persistent low back pain, stiffness or recurring flare-ups, it may be time to start looking at the bigger picture - not just the symptoms.

I help people move better, feel stronger and build resilience through hands-on treatment, rehab and education.

Things will only change if you are ready and motivated to change?

Season 25/26 at Fleet Town FC āœ…

A season that never failed to deliver plenty of highs and lows.

Reaching the play-offs is a huge achievement, and credit goes to the management team (past and present) and players who made it possible.

A massive thank you to all the volunteers and fans for your support, it never goes unnoticed.

We appreciate you šŸ”µāšŖļøšŸ«¶šŸ»

Back pain can be relentless… that constant tightness, stiffness, or dull ache that just won’t shift.

One technique I use with clients to help relieve this is dry cupping.

By creating suction on the skin, cupping helps lift and decompress the tissues underneath. This can improve blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and give the area a chance to reset, especially when your back feels locked up or overworked.

It’s not about quick fixes, it’s about giving your body the right environment to recover and move better.

Some people feel immediate relief, others notice it over the next 24–48 hours… but nearly everyone walks away feeling looser.

If your back’s been giving you grief lately, it might be time to try something different.

Drop me a message to book in, let’s get you moving properly again.
