✨ Reiki Level 1 ✨

What a beautiful couple of days teaching Reiki Level 1. 💗

There’s something so special about watching someone begin their own Reiki journey, learning to trust what they feel, connect with the energy and realise that Reiki is something they can carry with them wherever they go.

I teach traditional Reiki Level 1, including four separate attunements over the two days, two each day, allowing time between each one to experience and settle into the energy.

We spent some of our time up at the field, surrounded by nature at the stone circle. 🌿✨ It was peaceful, powerful and honestly just beautiful.

Days like these remind me how much I love teaching Reiki. Not just the techniques, but seeing that little shift in someone as they begin to believe in themselves and their own connection.

A special few days with a lady that is one if lifes beautiful souls. 💗 Thank you Gemma
