So yes I done a photo shoot! Most of you who follow me on here have seen the pics by now 🤭

I only told a few people before hand because I was rather embarrassed to say it out loud. Safe to say I was very much out of my comfort zone, but I guess that was the whole point.

I wanted to push myself. I wanted a challenge. I wanted to level up. I wanted to learn and grow and gain new experiences. I’m very proud to say I have achieved all these things.

When I see the comparison of the old and recent pictures I don’t look at them and dislike myself or feel embarrassed or shame I was bigger. I look at them and remember how I felt. A bit lost, a big bit lost actually and not really recognising myself. Something I think many of us can relate too.

Lots to say on my wee photoshoot, not really sure where to start though so I’ll start here. Lyndz thank you so much for your guidance, support and pep talks over the last six months. I genuinely don’t think I could have or would have done it without you. You never let me give up. I still have your hype messages pinned to the top of our chats 😜 Although, your support didn’t just start 6 months ago. You have been one of my biggest supporter since doing my PT course and starting my business. Your advice invaluable.
