Saturday nights on BUB weekends have become pretty legendary…think this one will follow suit.

These weekends give blokes a chance to switch off, push themselves, mix with new people and have a great time.

Chilled around a campfire last night, canyoning today, then river tubing tomorrow.

This is great news that The Baton Of Hope is coming to Nottingham. I was a baton bearer in Sheffield a couple of years ago and it was such a great and humbling experience. Met some incredible people along the way.

Hopefully we can get some great support in Nottingham next year 💙
