Menopause can be one of the most challenging times in a woman’s career—but it doesn’t have to slow her down.
Incorporating reflexology into workplace wellness programs supports women through this transition, helping them feel calmer, more focused, and more in control.
As a qualified reflexologist, with specialist training in women’s health and menopause, I’m particularly interested in how businesses can support employees who may be experiencing menopause and perimenopause symptoms while at work.
Supporting employees through this stage of life can be a valuable part of a wider workplace wellbeing strategy. When employees feel supported and valued, it can help improve morale, engagement and job satisfaction, while potentially reducing the impact that stress, poor sleep and menopause-related symptoms can have on sickness absence and productivity.
Helping employees switch off from the pressures of work.
Supporting better quality sleep and relaxation
Helping with feelings of anxiety and emotional tension.
Supporting people experiencing fatigue and low energy
Providing a sense of wellbeing during times of hormonal change
Helping individuals manage some of the day-to-day symptoms associated with menopause
Offering valuable time for self-care and mindfulness
Helping employees feel cared for, valued and supported.
Workplace reflexology sessions can be offered as part of a staff wellbeing day, employee appreciation initiative, menopause awareness programme, or as an ongoing wellbeing benefit.
Do you own a business? Does your workplace offer a wellbeing programme?
I’d be interested in chatting with you about how I can help employees struggling with their menopause, stress or any wellbeing issues.
