We’ll bring together our signature gua sha sculpt with targeted face yoga to help ease facial tension, reduce puffiness and work on the areas you want to lift, define and soften.

You’ll learn simple techniques you can use throughout the festive season to help your face look fresher, brighter and more sculpted, before finishing with a guided relaxation.

Come alone or with a friend and enjoy 90 minutes to switch off, learn something genuinely useful and leave feeling lighter and glowing.

Consider this your facial reset before December really begins.

We think so much about skin, but there’s a whole layer of muscle underneath it.

One of the things I love about facial wellness is becoming more aware of those muscles, where we hold tension, how much they move with expression, and how we can gently work with them too.

Microcurrent is one way to activate the facial muscles, but we can also work with them through face yoga using movement, resistance and release.

I’ve had my FOREO BEAR for a couple of years now and, when I’m consistent with it, I really do notice a difference in how lifted and awake my face feels afterwards.

This little clip is such a good reminder of just how much is actually going on underneath the surface.

I’ve popped my short 3-minute microcurrent routine over on YouTube if you’d like to try it.

Most people notice the heart shape.

My favourite part?

The saw edge.

From the jaw saw to the eyebrow saw, this little edge has become such an important part of our ritual that when we recently sold out of our Gua Sha cards, I decided to give everything a refresh ✨

🤍 Updated card design
🤍 New video
🤍 Updated routine
🤍 Even more saw edge throughout the face

I love the soothing massage sensation it creates and how it helps me bring attention to areas where I tend to hold tension.

Already have one of our original ritual cards?

Comment CARD below or send me a DM and I’ll happily send you the updated video link free of charge 🤍

And if you’ve been meaning to dust off your Gua Sha (or start a ritual from scratch), you’ll find our clear quartz Gua Sha and updated ritual cards via the link in my bio.

If you’ve seen face taping popping up online and wondered what on earth it actually does, this workshop is a lovely place to start.

Face taping uses gentle kinesiology tape to encourage areas of the face where we habitually hold tension to relax. It’s less about “taping wrinkles flat” and more about becoming aware of the way we use our facial muscles, helping the face soften and switch off.

We’ll begin with a relaxing facial massage before moving into guided face-taping techniques, including different applications you can practise and use at home. We’ll also explore No-Tox patches and simple ways to support a more relaxed, rested-looking face.

No previous face yoga or face-taping experience is needed. Everything will be provided, and the session is designed to be easy, practical and completely beginner-friendly.

📍 Fern Bothy, Longniddry
📅 Sunday 27 September
⏰ 10.30am–12pm
🎟 £37 per person / £70 for two

A small, hands-on workshop with plenty of time to practise, ask questions and learn what works for your own face.

Another fantastic morning. Sauna, sea dips and a bit of gua sha - not a bad way to start the day.

We warmed up, cooled down, chilled out, gua sha’d and just had a lovely morning surrounded by wonderful women taking a little bit of time out for themselves.

And the weather didn’t disappoint either.

Love these mornings 🤍

Yes, I love facial cupping for how it leaves my skin looking and feeling.

But mostly?

I do it because it feels SO good.

Especially when my face is feeling tired or tense.
