Perimenopause is considered to be the years prior to and up to the complete ending of me**es for 1 or 2 years. It is a time often associated with a high number of symptoms. 🤯

So, I am still navigating Perimenopause. Are you? 🤔

✨ Can I borrow 10 minutes of your time? ✨

I'm currently creating a new programme called EXHALE, designed to support women navigating the challenges of peri-menopause through rest, gentle movement, meditation, seasonal living and holistic wellbeing practices.

Before I finalise the details, I'd love to speak with a few women who are currently experiencing peri-menopause symptoms.

If you have 10 minutes to chat with me, I'd love to hear:

• What you're struggling with most right now
• What support you wish was available
• What helps (or doesn't help) with anxiety, overwhelm, exhaustion or feeling disconnected from yourself
• What you would love from a wellbeing programme designed specifically for women like you

There is absolutely no obligation to join anything. I'm simply listening and learning so I can create something that genuinely meets women's needs.

If you'd be happy to help, please comment below or send me a message and I'll arrange a convenient time.

Thank you so much. Your experiences and insights would be invaluable. 💛

Yoga Nidra. A powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. 🍃

Yoga meaning the unity of body and mind.
Nidra meaning sleep.

A full body meditation.🪷

I have the sound from the singing bowls and the drum to create an oasis of calm. This is a time for you to soften but to know you are supported just where you are. 🌻

This can be listened to before bed. Allowing the stress hormone to lower. 🌿

Please follow the libk below to my You Tube for the full Yoga Nidra experience💌
