💉 Now Available at K-Chem Pharmacy – Meningococcal B (MenB) Vaccinations 💉

Protect yourself before starting university.

Following a rise in cases of Meningococcal B (MenB) across England, eligible students can now receive their FREE MenB vaccination at K-Chem Pharmacy.

⚠️ Meningococcal disease is serious and can be life-threatening. It can cause meningitis and septicaemia, with around 1 in 10 cases proving fatal. Vaccination is the best way to help protect yourself.

Who is eligible?

✅ Year 13 students (born between 1st September 2007 and 31st August 2008)
✅ Under-25s starting university or residential further education for the first time
✅ International students under 25 entering their first year of university in England

💉 Two doses are required for full protection.
Your second dose should be given at least 28 days after your first, ideally before the start of the September 2026 term.

📅 Appointments available daily from 10:00am–5:00pm at both our:

📍 Alnwick Branch
