Booking your diabetic eye screening appointment online couldn't be easier! ✅

Just follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Visit: https://optomizebooking.eastcheshire.nhs.uk/home
2️⃣ Enter your PIN and Date of Birth (you'll find your PIN on your invitation letter).
3️⃣ Enter your town or postcode and choose how far you're willing to travel.
4️⃣ Browse the available venues on the list or map and select your preferred location.
5️⃣ We'll automatically show you the next available appointment, but you're free to choose a date and time that suits you best.
6️⃣ Confirm your booking and add your email address to receive your appointment confirmation.

Need to change your appointment later? No problem! You can cancel and rebook online at any time. Just keep your invitation letter handy so you have your PIN. 😊
