The training course I delivered yesterday had a student who used his previous training on an out of hospital avardiac arrest and saved a life.

This proves why so many people should be trained in first aid and AED use.

Although My AED was not able to change the outcome of a local (to me) call for help last night, it played a part in confriming life extinct on a patient so the correct resources could n
be used freeing up others.

My condolences to the family concerned.

My AED is rented from Red Cross for just over £1 per day. very worth having.

Fantastic story on Meridian tonight about out of hospital CPR saving a person.

The more people trained in CPR and AED to more lives Will be saved, it could be yours or a family member.

Are your skills and qualification in first aid up to date, can you use an AED, do you know what to do if some one is severely chocking.
