🧑 World Breastfeeding Week 🧑

This World Breastfeeding Week, we're highlighting the importance of support for anyone on their feeding journey.

Breastfeeding can be a wonderful experience, but it can also be challenging and it doesn't always go the way you imagined. Whether you're expecting a baby, are a new parent, or are facing difficulties with feeding, it's important to know that you're not alone.

There is a wide range of support available, from in-person groups and peer support to helplines and healthcare professionals. Finding support that helps you feel informed, confident, and empowered to make the right feeding decisions for you and your baby can be invaluable.

If you need support, consider reaching out to: 🀱 NCT (National Childbirth Trust) 🀱 La Leche League 🀱 National Breastfeeding Helpline 🀱 Your local Health Visiting Team 🀱 Your Midwife, GP, or other healthcare professionals

Every feeding journey is unique, and every parent deserves compassionate, non-judgemental support to help them make informed choices that work for their family.

πŸ’› Remember: asking for help is a sign of strength, not failure.

πŸ‘‰ Follow us to stay up to date with local events, health tips, and community support near you!

This we'd like to remind you that the NCT Infant Feeding Line is open 365 days a year (yes, even on bank holidays!), from 8am - Midnight πŸŒ™ You can call us for support with feeding a baby, to ask a question or to have someone to listen to you if you're struggling πŸ’—

We're here for you. Give us a call on 0300 330 0700 ☎️
