A long while ago back at University I was a little down and a lot stressed. One of my best friends recommended the campus councillor.

I went and met this kind lady. She asked a few questions and then asked what I used to do as a child that made me happy. The things where it didn't matter about the outcome - the process was just fun!

Art, dancing, being outdoors all came up. She encouraged me to start finding time to do these thing again.

This small piece of advice got me painting, making and writing cards for friends, even going back to ballet as an adult.

It opened up so many opportunities for me that wouldn't have happened otherwise and reminds me that adults need play just as much as kids (🤫maybe even more!)

I'm on a mission to help people get stronger and have fun doing so.

I care about mental health and know how helpful moving your body can be.

I spent years climbing the corporate ladder 🪜 but feeling a little lost on the way ☁️.

If you feel like your successful on paper 📃 but feeling some sort of disconnect with yourself, your purpose or even your joy, I would love to help.
