Essentially Tera-Mai™ Reiki Level 1 is a self healing level, it opens the recipient up to connecting to the magical healing energies of Golden Reiki. I have been teaching Reiki for almost 3 decades now and worked and taught a variety of different Reiki styles. It’s my opinion from experience that Tera-Mai™️ Reiki is a more balanced style of Reiki healing, where carrying less is more.
