Amazing achievements at last week’s meeting.

Come and join Broadheath Slimming World with Jo on a Monday evening at 5:30 or 7:00. We are based at Broadheath Community Hall WA14 5JQ (near Altrincham Waitrose). The results are amazing and we are a really friendly and supportive group.
If you are on weight loss jabs you are very welcome as it is important to eat well and exercise at the same time.

If you have a BMI over 25 (most of us do who want to lose a little weight) you can get at least 12 weeks free. Call the number below today (they will be closed over the weekend and Bank Holiday Monday) and ask for a ‘Slimming World On Referral Code’ and then bring it to group this Monday (yes we are open Bank Holiday Monday ) to join.

Getting more active doesn't have to mean hours in the gym!

One of the things I love about Slimming World's physical activity support programme is that it's all about finding activities that fit into your everyday life. For me, that might be a walk after dinner, spending time in the garden or getting out in the fresh air whenever I can.

Those small moments soon add up and can make a huge difference to how you feel.
