Hello everyone!
The programme for COVID spring boosters will commence on Tuesday, 1st of April 2025.🦠💉

Eligibility criteria:

• adults aged 75 years and over (If you are 74 but turn 75 years old by 17 June 2025, you are eligible to book)
• residents in a care home for older adults
• individuals who have a weakened immune system

We will currently be using Moderna inoculation but this may vary on the stock availability.

Regarding COVID vaccination season. (Pfizer in stock)
We just wanted to put out a quick reminder, come and grab yours if you're still in need of it as the program will end the 19th December.
We are currently using Pfizer inoculations as provided by the NHS.
