Im so excited to share that the renovation of our steam pond / baby tarn is almost complete. Phil and the boys have all worked really hard recreating the dams. making it deeper, and clearing out weeds. Its a great point to reach when the planting can happen, and a fun bit for me to do. I can't wait to start swimming. ♥️

Artemisia Vulgaris is the Latin name for our native plant Mugwort. She came to me about 8 years a go in a journey, and I've been working with her ever since. This year as she blooms into flower I have been with her through a full moon cycle to explore our connection deeper. She supports with dreams and the wisdom body as well as with the physical womb and menstrual cycle for women. She is an ally for protection, cleansing, intuition, and thresholds. Thank you Artemisia, love you ❤️

During a rose sadhana recently I leant something so precious.
By picking a Rose each morning direct from the bush, building a relationship with her, breathing with her, before then drinking her as a tea has taught me such profound and deep gratitude of what I am consuming. A manufactured tea bag from a box has never taught me this. Its so easy to take everything for granted in our culture where its been made so easy to consume.
In these moments now that I have created with my rose bush and her precious roses there is a sacred reciprocity . Nothing is taken for granted. I can fully feel what a gift it is to make this tea, to receive from Rose and from the Earth Mother. ❤️
