✨Beginners Ashtanga Course✨

Curious about Ashtanga but never tried it? Or maybe you’ve been to a class before but it moved a little too fast to really take it in. We’re here to support you in feeling more confident & at home in your practice.

This 4 week course is designed to let you in at the beginning. We’ll move through the sequence gently & in small pieces so that every Sunday you leave felling a little stronger, more at ease, and more confident in your movement.

You don’t need flexibility. No experience necessary. Just show up.
