Happy Solstice weekend. Whatever you’re doing, remember to notice and enjoy the small things: a bee flying by, a hug with a friend, the warmth on your skin. Bathe in the energy of midsummer. 🌞☀️🌻

Life gets busy.

I’ve been out on the road with my design hat on, working on some complex social challenges in public health, physical activity, emergency services and government.

And then at the end of last week, I found a drum in a nursery. I had to play it. (even though it was made of plastic) 🤩 It really made me smile.

And there it was. That feeling. Like coming home.

Sound doesn’t wait for you to be ready. Nature doesn’t either. They call you back, quietly, insistently, until you take your shoes off and remember who you are. 💚

Back home now, with my bare feet on the ground, enjoying morning walks with Jimi.

It’s June!! 💛☀️💫🌼 Which means it’s summer solstice sound spa time.

Every year, our community gathers to mark this seasonal moment together, and it’s one of people’s favourite events. 💗🌸🌻

A ceremonial evening sound spa to honour the Summer Solstice. Rest deeply with healing sounds, nature, and simple ritual as the sun sets, inviting reflection, gratitude, and connection at the height of the seasonal cycle.

When did you last do something just for you?

Spending time in nature lowers cortisol. Sound vibration calms the nervous system. Put the two together, outside, in the Chilterns, as the light softens and something genuinely shifts.

That’s what an outdoor sound spa feels like.

No experience needed. Just you, a yoga mat, blanket, and 90 minutes of actually doing nothing.

Our first family sound spa, held outside in a secret meadow to celebrate the Summer Solstice. Sound healing woven together with birdsong, warm air, playfulness and wonder.

Open to everyone aged 6 and over. Relaxed, inclusive, and genuinely beautiful. Mindful colouring and doodling throughout for little ones who need something for their hands.
