Mum’s magic hands to the rescue! A wonderful Reflexology lymph drainage pamper for my girlie!

Why I hear you ask?!

Well this little mischievous queen broke her arm a month ago!

Reflexology lymph drainage is an incredible technique for instances like this because it’s anti-inflammatory, it helps stimulate the immune system to promote healing and it’s analgesic which means it helps reduce pain.

AND …. As all of you know I adore essential oils and the mental, emotional and physical benefits they have! During the sessions I have used essential oils to help physically with healing but also emotionally with the trauma of breaking an arm and having to have an operation!

Fantastically we have released the trauma emotionally and jeez did we have some tears during the first session! Her arm is healing so well she is having the cast off and wire out this week (2 weeks early) plus she hasn’t had any pain relief since the day of her operation ❤️

Super brave girlie and such an absolute star for allowing me to help her through this situation 🙏
