Taking you through the basics with experienced tutors, this course will give you improved fitness, better

Why not bring them along to our Kids’ Kickboxing Class!

👊 Ages 6–11 (up to Year 6): 5.15pm Fridays
🥊 Ages 11+ (Year 7 and above - no upper age limit!): 6.15pm Tuesdays and Fridays

And parents… while the kids are training, you get an hour to yourself! ☕🛋️

Or maybe you need to let off some steam too? Why not join the senior class with them! 💪

No experience necessary. No need to wait until you’re “fit enough” to start. You come to get fitter, stronger and more confident — not because you already are!
