I’m very excited to be asked to talk at the The London Baby Show this year.

We’re delighted to host Physiotherapist, Teja Parbhoo Physiotherapy on our stand at The Baby Show at ExCeL London, 6th-8th March 💬✨

Teja is a Specialist Physiotherapist in Pelvic Health, known for her supportive, practical approach to pregnancy care and pelvic health. She works closely with pregnant and postnatal women, helping them understand their bodies, move with confidence, and feel reassured about what is — and isn’t — normal during pregnancy.

🗓 Sunday 8th March
🕒 Live Talks Stage | 15:30

Teja will also be delivering a live talk, in conjunction with the Pelvic Partnership charity, focused on moving well through pregnancy and identifying pelvic pain that shouldn’t be ignored, empowering parents with clear, evidence-based advice they can trust.

You can find Teja all day on Sunday at the Dreamgenii stand F50, where she’ll be available to chat, answer questions, and share expert guidance on pelvic health, movement and comfort throughout pregnancy.

If you’re visiting The Baby Show on Sunday, make sure this is on your must-see & listen list 🤍

How does pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain (PGP) affect mental health?

Managing persistant pain and keeping up with the demands of every day life can be really challenging for your mental health. Getting treatment for PGP can reduce pain and increase mobility, making a huge difference to your mental health. Ask your healthcare provider for a referral for treatment, or see if you can self refer for physiotherapy. If you are in a position to pay for treatment, we have a list of recommended practitioners on our website.

Visit our website or useful pages via our Linktree for advice on living with PGP, getting support for your mental health, or about treatment
