✨There’s a lot to be said for doing nothing, resting, relaxing, switching off and your body and baby will know what to do when the time comes...

✨So why bother with pregnancy yoga?

There’s so many reasons why!

A lot of women find yoga for the first time when pregnant.

Here’s a few reasons why it’s so amazing...

- Have a great nights sleep after a class

- Help to relieve any aches and ailments, each class I teach I adapt to every individual to make sure there is something in there for everyone.

- Some common aches and ailments I can help with include:

✨Heartburn
✨Back ache
✨Leg cramps
✨Swollen hands and feet
✨Headaches

- A lovely space to meet other women when face to face classes start in August

- A safe space to share whatever you need to, you are always seen, heard and acknowledged

- Time for yourself to feel present in the moment and to connect with baby

- Each class finishes with a 20 minute relaxation, get cosy under a blanket and enjoy drifting off to that place between wake and sleep

There’s so many reasons why pregnancy yoga is so beneficial but they are a few of the main ones!

Now that the weather is finally getting warming it's important that you keep an eye on your baby for signs of overheating.

Feel your baby’s chest or the back of their neck (your baby’s hands and feet will usually be cooler, which is normal). If your baby’s skin is hot or sweaty, remove one or more layers of bedclothes or bedding.
