Emma Mina-An absolute inspiration. Emma worked incredibly hard building herself up ahead of surgery, and since returning after her operation she’s come back stronger and is absolutely smashing it.

Robert Griffiths-Consistently putting in the work, showing real dedication in the gym and never giving up, no matter the challenge.

Steve Brown-Completed a Krakow marathon after training at Lanes with real discipline and focus, building strength, staying injury-free, and getting it done.
