‘That looks like a crystal ‘ said Mr H as we walked past a little dirty white stone peaking from a grass verge . Yeah maybe I thought and walked past , returned to have a look , walked off and felt this innate pull to go back to pick it up and ‘help’ it.
When I cleaned her up she sure looks like Quartz with tourmaline / obsidian in her but I can’t be sure . It doesn’t matter anyway , I heard the call for help ( I can in no way describe this just a feeling of a deep pull from the rock to connect and take her ) and I returned . Had I not felt that pull I would not have returned ( I often don’t feel that pull ) because nothing in our life is ours to ‘take ‘ simply because we desire or want it . We just listen carefully, engage with our natural surroundings and work with nature spirits as and when they wish to work with us . This little sweet rock/crystal is so pretty now on my bedside table alongside some companions and I look forward to working with her and then returning to Gaia or passing on just as we are supposed to - not grabbing , clutching , abusing or taking what is never ‘ours’ but belongs for all aspects of life in the first place 😘✨💜

I could write this post and tell you what an amazing few days I’ve just spent at the HQ with JANE SCRIVNER

I could write how my heart is soooo full from spending time with incredible like minded women , who genuinely care for their clients and are passionate for natural beauty and who just happen to be friends of mine Jane Eaton | Complementary Therapist Sue Masters Holistic & Beauty Helen Portman-Brookes Beauty Brands Connector

I could tell you that I’ve learnt amazing new skills and got over (sort of) being start struck around Jane JANE SCRIVNER because I’m in awe of her knowledge and aura and her general fabulousness . I’ve been lucky to learn from her 3 times now and it’s always such a joy and yet another reminder why I love her brand and love her business in general

I could also write that I ticked off a long bucket list of finally going to Daylsford for lunch 🙌 it was not disappointing

BUT 👆I want you to look at that top right hand photo and take that in - the SKIN glows and that’s all you really need to know. Jane’s techniques work , Jane’s products work and after many many years as a professional stockist and utilising them in my own treatments I’m as pumped as ever to continue . Early sun activates your bodily sensors for melatonin and cortisol so you sleep and rise correctly
Early sun lets your body attune to its inbuilt sun protection ( sunscreen and sunglasses can alter that )
Early morning sun is fire energy getting you ready for the day
Early morning sun warms the body easing joint and muscle aches
Early morning sun is soooo bloody lovely if you’re a northerner so enjoy it , don’t say it’s too hot because it won’t be here next week 😉😉 soak up all that goodness sensibly in the early morning 🌅
