A Chartered Physiotherapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience, Anna has been integrating Pilates into her physiotherapy practice since 2003 and is passionate about helping people move well, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.

With extensive experience in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy, alongside years of teaching Pilates and training other healthcare professionals, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge to our studio.

What we love most is her belief that Pilates is for everybody. Whether you’re completely new to movement, returning after injury, or looking to build strength and confidence, Anna’s approach is supportive, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual.
