That’s a wrap 😊

The end of 2023 and for me the end of an era.

I have absolutely loved providing reflexology treatments for everyone over the past five years and today I bring this chapter to a close.

I am so grateful for everyone I’ve met along the way and for those of you who have shared your personal experiences with me and trusted in reflexology to help you through.

2024 is the start of a full time employed job for me and I’m very excited to be doing something new and testing my brain cells, learning something new.

I wish everyone a Happy New Year and hope you have a healthy and happy 2024.

It’s au revoir for now and who knows, I may be back.

TAKING A BREAK

I took a bit of a tumble yesterday and have injured my wrist 😞

Unfortunately this means no reflexology for a while.

If you had an appointment booked this week I’ve already been in touch with you to cancel.

I’m going to review how my hand is over the next couple of days and may need to cancel more appointments. I’ll contact you ASAP to make alternative arrangements.

Good morning 😊

It’s a scorcher out there today 🔥

25degrees at 9.00 ☀️

Early morning walk in the beautiful village of Ardleigh this morning for me.

I love the colours of the blue sky and green fields. There were some very busy bees this morning collecting pollen from the blackberry flowers.

Such a lovely start to the day. Now off home to for a cold drink.
