The safest place for your baby to sleep is in their own cot or Moses basket, in the same room as you, for the first six months. Following safer sleep guidance can help reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death.

You will probably have seen reports of the current awful outbreak of measles in Bangladesh. Unfortunately with falling vaccine numbers in this country outbreaks here are likely to become serious also. Ensure you and your loved ones are protected by vaccination whether you are travelling or staying at home

Measles is highly infectious and can be passed on even before a rash appears. The Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination is the safest and most effective way to protect against these diseases. You need two doses of MMR to be fully protected.
