✨ We want to show you something special...

This is Yellow Rock Sanctuary — and the moment we first walked through it, we knew. This was the place.
Tucked away near Lislea, just outside Newry, it's a hidden haven of woodland walks, wildflower gardens and open skies. The food is grown right there in the sanctuary's organic gardens. The stillness isn't something you have to search for — it finds you the second you arrive. 🌿
And on Saturday 9 August, this beautiful space will hold our very first Reset — a full-day immersive retreat with Higher Healing Energy.
A day to step out of the noise and come home to yourself. Breathwork. Sound healing. Deep trauma release. Guided meditation. And a nourishing organic lunch straight from the gardens you see here. 💜

You don't need any experience. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to arrive — the sanctuary will hold the rest.
