Happy New Year, if weight loss is on your list of things to achieve this year, my Slimming World groups are here for you.
I run a group on a Wednesdays at The Poplars, Station Road, Burton Joyce. There are two sessions, 5.30 pm and 7pm.
I also run a group on Saturday mornings at The Victory Club, Church Drive East, Daybrook/Arnold. There are two sessions, 8.30 am and 10 am.
The groups are friendly and help provide support and inspiration to you for the week ahead. Have a look at the Slimming World website to find out more details or come along to a group.

Immensely proud of all the Slimming World members who took part in the Clothes Throw 2024. By donating the clothes they had slimmed out of, they raised a fantastic amount of money for Cancer Research UK!
