After all the hard work yesterday, we were delighted to welcome our friends from Arundel Cathedral to our garden for afternoon tea and cake today. ☕🍰

It was wonderful to spend time together, catch up with friends, and enjoy each other’s company in the sunshine. ☀️

Our residents had a wonderful time getting their hands dirty and helping to brighten up our outdoor space. The weather was so lovely that they even voted to enjoy their afternoon tea in the garden too!

🌼🌿 National Garden Week at St Wilfrid's 🌿🌼

On a beautiful sunny Saturday, some of our residents had the pleasure of visiting a wonderful local garden, where they enjoyed a relaxing afternoon surrounded by stunning flowers, nature, and great company. The visit was made even more special with tea and delicious cake in the sunshine.

This lovely garden belongs to the daughter of one of our wonderful residents, and we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Claire for her very kind invitation and warm hospitality. It was a truly special experience that was enjoyed by everyone who attended.

Staying active is an important part of maintaining health and wellbeing, and our residents always enjoy taking part in our exercise sessions.

With plenty of smiles, movement, and encouragement, everyone had a great time keeping fit and having fun together. It's wonderful to see residents supporting one another while enjoying the benefits of gentle exercise. 😊

Another surprise today!

One of our residents was delighted to spot the wisteria in bloom after being told there were no flowers showing. It just goes to show that nature often has its own timing, and sometimes the most beautiful surprises are the ones we least expect.

The wisteria has now added a stunning splash of colour and fragrance, bringing real joy to everyone who passes by.

A simple moment, but one that sparked plenty of smiles and conversation throughout the day 🌿
