People often ask me if a Raynor Massage will hurt them. The answer to that is no! Although the pressure can be firm, it should never be painful. I ask clients to rate the pressure on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being so painful I need to stop. I aim to work at a 6 or 7, as the last thing you want is to feel battered and bruised at the end.
