Today was the start of the Canicross race season, for me, Luna and Goose. It was at a new location with a lovely group of people, doing a 4 mile trial at Hatfield Lakes.

Bravely, I set off with 2 dogs, and yes, it was chaos. 🤣 40kg of excitement eager to run.

Its been too warm to train much but I was pleased with my performance, I know my muscles will feel it tomorrow, and yes, I have stretched. I do need to do more strength training at Rise&Defy Gym

The girls have also stretched and received lots of treats! 😉

Whatever you want to do, keep at it, keep pushing forward. 🐾🐾🏃‍♀️

Good morning.

Just a quick update, Rise&Defy gym has been amazing for my business. My days are bursting and I'm meeting lots of new people.

Unfortunately, this means that I'm closing my books for new customers for a little while.

If you would like to go on a waiting list, please let me know.

Sadly the holiday is over!

It's now back to work and wow, it's busy at the minute. Thank you to everyone for your support while I change the business.

I am now working Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at Rise&Defy Gym

Appointments are 30 minutes (£20) or 45 minutes (£30).

Exciting changes are happening! Please read.

Following on from my successful trial days at Rise&Defy Gym in Barton Upon Humber, it has been decided that I will be increasing my time there and reducing my mobile business, the plan is to stop home visits all together.

I will not be taking on any new home visit clients.

Any existing clients are welcome, and will be encouraged, to move to the gym. Clients do not have to be members of Rise&Defy Gym.

Appointments at the gym will be £30 for 45 minutes or £20 for 30 minutes.

Home visit appointments will be 45 minute treatments (this is actual treatment time, following set up) and £35.

I will not be doing 1 hour treatments.

If a home visit is currently booked, then this will still go ahead.

I'm also going to have to introduce a cancellation policy. 24 hours notice of cancellation will be needed, otherwise payment will still be required.
