When anger remains unfelt
I have noticed
That it can twist inwards
Inside my guts
Limbs swallowed into body
Collapsed
When anger remains unfelt
I have noticed
That it can twist outwards
Clasping, grasping and choking
At the other
When I feel my anger
Somehow getting past
My classic pattern of
Avoidance
It can move
In surprising ways
That can stay within
The containment
Of my own body
My own body
My own body to feel
My own anger to feel
My own body to exist in
My choice.
My body loves Truth
And sometimes that is enough.

In nervous system fundamentals in a creative gentle way - we begin to explore the potential of what in Somatic Experiencing is called our Red Energy.
Red energy is our life force. Our boundary. Our healthy aggression. But it's a bit of an art form navigating this territory, a constant exploration ... and we begin to open that door a little bit on NSF, in creative resourcing movement based ways.
Course starts Sep 12th. Full info on my website www.emilykatsunoyoga.com.
