Fully equipped yoga studio
Two qualified experienced teachers affiliated to Iyengar Yoga Association UK . Chris Willis and Yaara Lahav plus Stacey Righton currently nearing the end of her teacher training . Chris Willis has been studying and practising yoga in the Iyengar tradition for over thirty five years and has been teaching students of all ages since 1986 . Her belief and experience is that Yoga is one of the best of tools for living life with strength , flexibility and equanimity not only physical but mental ,emotional and ultimately spiritual . She loves the Iyengar approach in particular for its emphasis on ; strength as well as flexibility ; precision in alignment and stillness all of which help to create a healthy physical structure and deepen self knowledge on all levels.
