Postnatal Mamas… this one is for you 💛 my brand new classes will be open to book via my website on MON 14TH SEP at 8:00PM! During these cosy Autumn months, there will be more opportunities to join my classes 🫶🏼

I know how hard it can be to navigate these emotions; the wild and intense experience of birth and then postpartum life - particularly in that first year of motherhood and all the changes and transitions you experience physically and mentally, emotionally and hormonally..

Yoga gives us a chance to slow, to calm, to soothe, to reconnect with our body, to recover from birth at your own pace and feel a little lighter mentally 💛
